PXB Portable Parallel Straightedge Board (Alvin)

Description:	Alvin's PXB boards provide the convenience of a studio work surface in a compact, portable unit. Each PXB is made from a smooth, warp-free white melamine laminated board and is equipped with a convenient carrying handle, non-slip tractor feet designed to grip the table edge at the perfect drawing angle, foldaway legs, and an acrylic straightedge whose height can accommodate material thicknesses up to 3/16". Shipped fully assembled.

PLB Lightweight Parallel Straightedge Boards (Alvin)

Description:	Alvin’s PLB boards provide all the features of the PXB boards but in a lightweight, easy-to-carry version. Made from lightweight LB series boards that have unfinished wood veneer surfaces top and bottom, aluminum side edges and hollow honeycomb interior. Solid wood edges and center cross frames provide strength and rigidity and are strategically placed to support the handle and legs.

Description:	Smooth, white Melamine® (5/8" thick), portable drawing board with black vinyl-bonded edges. Features 2 strong paper clips to secure paper, 5½" support legs (for angle position), slippage control (rubber strips on under side), and foldaway carrying handle. Sets up quickly and can be extended over the edge of a table. Use with either hand.

Description:	A smooth, warp-free white Melamine® laminated board with black edges. The non-slip tractor feet firmly hold the drawing board at a comfortable angle. For added convenience, a contoured handle makes it comfortable to carry. Each board is supplied with a heavyweight red fiber expanding envelope that can be attached to the underside of the board if desired.

Draft-Pak Portable Drafting System (Ames)

Description:	A completely self-contained system that includes a drawing board with parallel blade, a tilting mechanism for board angle and a storage compartment for tools. Easily converts to a convenient briefcase with carrying handle. The drafting surface is reversible to put parallel blade inside case for protection when transporting. The drawing can be left in place when the unit is closed. Parallel blade of acrylic for highest clarity and dimensional stability; will not discolor and is not affected by sun or water. The cord mechanism, which keeps the blade parallel, is enclosed for trouble-free operation and provides easy adjustment of blade.
